このたび、T3 PHOTO ASIA 2026 に初出展いたします。Egen Galleryより、Egen Galleryより、枦木功と谷田貝慎の2名をご紹介します。枦木は《Landscape_es.cape》より2年ぶりとなる新作を発表。上海を拠点に活動する谷田貝は、今回が国内アートフェア初参加となります。

Egen Gallery is pleased to make its debut at T3 PHOTO ASIA 2026 in Tokyo, presenting works by Isao Hashinoki and Shin Yatagai. Hashinoki will unveil new works from his Landscape_es.cape series, while Shanghai-based Yatagai will make his Japanese art fair debut.

移転前の洋館、最後のオープンサロン。
今回は、.jp のメンバーとともに、ここまでの “RED SHIFT” から、これからの “BLUE SHIFT” を体感する週末。新作や東京未発表作、過去作の展示に加え、アワード受賞のお祝い、作品にちなんだブラインドテイスティング、自分自身もシフトするヘアアレンジなど、展示の枠を越えた企画も予定しています。変わりゆくこの時に生まれる、ゆるやかな時間をお楽しみください。

On the above weekends, join us with the members of nomadica
to experience the transition from our past “RED SHIFT” to our future “BLUE SHIFT”.
Alongside the exhibition of new works, past pieces, and creations never before shown in Tokyo, we are hosting a curated selection of events. These include a celebration of our recent award, a blind w**e tasting inspired by the artworks, and a hair styling session designed to ‘shift’ your own perspective.

そごう美術館で開催される「能登とartists」展に参加いたします。
​
能登半島地震以降、能登と関わりながら制作を行う石川県在住・出身のアーティスト11組による展覧会です。
​
私は能登半島地震で被災した作品「わたしのひふはおもたい」（2021）と、同シリーズの最新作、そして珠洲市大谷地区を訪れた際にいただいた災害の流出土砂を混ぜ込んで制作した作品「布というもの－彫ることは祈ることに似ている」を展示いたします。

I am pleased to announce that I will be taking part in the exhibition “Noto and the Artists” at the SOGO Museum in Yokohama,Japan, this march.

This exhibition introduces eleven artists who have been creating works in connection with Noto in Ishikawa prefecture since the earthquake that struck the region in 1st Janurary 2024.

Even after the disaster, Noto remains a place of striking beauty. Through the works of the artists in this exhibition, I hope visitors will embark on an imaginative journey to Noto — and that many will be inspired to visit the region in person.

　震災直後、能登地方の甚大な被害を前に、作品の破損という「超局所的」（個人的）な哀しみにどう対処すれば良いか分からず、しばらくしてからは目の前の仕事を前に進めていくことだけを考える日々でした。
​
　震災直後、現代アーティストとして能登と関われるチャリティーの機会が欲しいと考え、同年の４月にEgen Galleryの南加奈子さんと「能登半島地震復興支援チャリティー展 co-　能登と共に」を東京で開催し、私を含む６名のアーティストにご協力いただきました。
​
　また震災から８か月経った頃、Gallery OUT of PLACEの野村ヨシノリさんから、被災した作品を修復せずにそのままの状態を個展で見せてみないかというお話をいただいて、破損した作品を観察し、その見え方や意味の捉え直しを行い、先日の個展「破 -つちのひふ‐Earthen Skin」が実現しました。その間に、珠洲市大谷地区を尋ねる機会があり、大谷の災害流出土砂を分けていただき大谷の土を用いた作品を制作していました。
​
　学生時代から沢山の美しい風景を見せてもらってきた能登に、何もできていない。ずっとそんな焦燥感に駆られながら過ごしています。また、これらの活動や作品が今回の展覧会に繋がると予想もしていませんでした。
​
大きな自然災害や、あるいは世界を眺めて、戦争という人的な災害が起こった時、一体アーティストは何をするのか、何ができるのか。私は何をするだろうか。何をしたくないのか。そのようなことを考えさせられます。

被災しながらも美しい能登に、アーティストの作品を通じて想像の旅に出かけてもらい、実際に能登を訪れていただきたいなと思っています。多くの皆さまに展覧会に足を運んでいただけましたら幸いです。
