「伊村俊見 展」5日目終了しました！

床の間には、庭の作品とは対称的に水平に伸びる作品を展示しています。
こちらは伊村さんが弊廊の空間をイメージして制作してくださったもので、揺らぎのある形態が床の間の矩形に切り取られた空間に動きをもたらしています。
同時に、取り合わせた大沢昌助の平面作品と呼応して、ひとつの世界観をつくり上げているように感じられます。

さて、明日と明後日は休廊日となっておりますので、お間違えのないようご注意ください。
週末の三連休は、伊村さんも在廊してくださる予定ですので、多くの方々のおこしをお待ちしております！

“Toshimi Imura Exhibition” Day 5 has finished!

In the tokonoma, we are exhibiting a work that extends horizontally - in contrast to the pieces in the garden.
Imura created this piece with our gallery’s space in mind, and its undulating form brings a sense of movement to the rectangular space defined by the tokonoma.
At the same time, it seems to resonate with the work by Shosuke Osawa displayed alongside it, creating a unified worldview.

Please note that the gallery will be closed tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, so please be sure to take this into account.
Imura is scheduled to be present at the gallery during the three-day weekend, so we look forward to welcoming many of you!

「伊村俊見 展」4日目終了しました！

今回、伊村さんとしては初めて庭に作品を展示しています。
水が溜まったような柔らかなかたちから鋭く立ち上がっており、相反する形態をひとつの作品に内包しながら屹立する姿は板の間とは対称的です。
また、よりダイレクトに太陽の光を受けているので時間帯による表情の変化が大きく、焼成時の痕跡がより微細に見えてきます。
見る角度によっても印象が違うので、ぜひ周りを歩きながらご覧いただきたいです！

“Toshimi Imura Exhibition” Day 4 has finished!

This is the first time Imura has exhibited his work in the garden.
Rising sharply from a soft, water-filled-like form, the piece stands tall while encompassing these conflicting shapes within a single work—a sight that stands in stark contrast to the wooden-floored exhibition space.
Furthermore, because it is exposed more directly to sunlight, its appearance changes significantly throughout the day, allowing the fine details of the firing marks to become more visible.
The impression also varies depending on your viewing angle, so please be sure to walk around and take a look!

「伊村俊見 展」3日目終了しました！

板の間に有機的なフォルムの作品が数多く並ぶ姿からは、まるでコレオグラフィーのような動きを感じとることができます。
もちろん作品自体が動くことはありませんが、あたかも一時的に今のかたちに留まっているようにも思えてきます。
その感覚は、自然光の変化と黒陶の表面の反射によって強調されます。

“Toshimi Imura Exhibition” Day 3 has ended!

Seeing so many works with organic forms lined up on the wooden floor,
one can sense a movement that’s almost like choreography.
Of course, the works themselves don’t actually move, but it feels as though they’re temporarily pausing in their current forms.
That sensation is accentuated by the changing natural light and the reflections on the surface of the black pottery.

「伊村俊見 展」本日よりスタートしました！
天候にも恵まれ、多くの方々にご覧いただくことができました。

板の間には、数多くの作品が群れをなして展示されています。
全体としてひとつのインスタレーションとして捉えることもできますし、
同時にひとつひとつのピースを独立したものとして考えることも可能です。
どこにフォーカスを当てるかによって空間全体の見え方が変化していくのがとてもおもしろいです。

“Toshimi Imura Exhibition” started today!
We were blessed with good weather, and many people came to see the exhibition.

Numerous works are displayed in clusters on the wooden floor space.
You can view the entire space as a single installation, or you can consider each piece as an independent work.
It’s fascinating how the way the entire space appears changes depending on where you focus your view.

伊村さんは、一貫して黒陶に向き合い制作をしており、造形と質感にこだわった作品を生み出しています。
また近年では、より空間と響き合うような作品のあり方を追求しており、それ単体のみならず群造形としての表現を志向しています。
今回の個展でも、前回の延長線上にある空間全体でひとつのインスタレーションと捉えられるような展示を計画しています。
自然光や周りの風景を鈍く映し出し、全体の空気感が刻々と変化していく様態を体感していただければ幸いです。

Imura has consistently focused his practice on black pottery, creating works that emphasize form and texture.
In recent years, he has been exploring ways for his works to resonate more deeply with the surrounding space, aiming not only for individual pieces but also for group forms.
For this exhibition, we are planning a display that builds upon his previous exhibition - one that can be viewed as a single installation encompassing the entire space.
We hope you will experience how the works softly reflect natural light and the surrounding landscape, and how the overall atmosphere shifts moment by moment.

「たそかれとき vol.8」おかげさまで無事に終了しました！
2日でそれぞれ違った雰囲気がありつつ、今年は外の音がとてもよい感じで内田さんの演奏するクラヴィコードやサックスの音と溶け合い、これまででもっとも良好なコンディションだったように思います。
演奏もいつもよりたっぷりめで、これまでにはない趣向の曲も混ざっていて、リピーターの方々にも楽しんでいただけたのではないでしょうか。
