សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍របស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការ ចំពោះអំពើឈ្លានពានដោយមិនមានការបង្កហេតុ និងដោយត្រៀមទុកជាមុន ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តឡើងដោយព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ នៅវេលាម៉ោង ០៥:០២នាទី ថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយបានបើកការវាយប្រហារដោយកាំភ្លើងធំចំនួន ៥ គ្រាប់ មកលើទីតាំងជាច្រើនកន្លែង នៅក្នុងភូមិឯកភាព ឃុំថ្មដា ស្រុកវាលវែង ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់។ ការរំលោភអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពទឹកដីរបស់កម្ពុជាដ៏កម្រោលនេះ គឺជាការរំលោភបំពានយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរបំផុតលើច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ រួមទាំងគោលការណ៍ដែលមានចែងក្នុងធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ហើយបានបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់អាយុជីវិតជនស៊ីវិលស្លូតត្រង់ និងបំផ្លាញសន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពក្នុងតំបន់។
ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា អំពាវនាវឱ្យសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិចូលរួម ក្នុងការថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់បំផុតចំពោះការឈ្លានពានខុសច្បាប់របស់ថៃ។ កម្ពុជាទាមទារឱ្យថៃបញ្ឈប់រាល់សកម្មភាពអរិភាពជាបន្ទាន់ ហើយប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់កាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួនក្រោមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។ ខណៈពេលដែលកម្ពុជានៅតែប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទដោយសន្តិវិធី និងអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ កម្ពុជារក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការការពារខ្លួនដូចមានចែងក្នុងមាត្រា ៥១ នៃធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។ កងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ ប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តឥតងាករេ ក្នុងការការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាព បូរណភាពទឹកដី និងសុវត្ថិភាពរបស់ប្រជាជន ប្រឆាំងនឹងអំពើឈ្លានពានដ៏សាហាវឃោរឃៅរបស់ថៃ។
Statement of the Ministry of National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia

The Ministry of National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia strongly condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the unprovoked and premeditated act of aggression committed by the Kingdom of Thailand at 05:02 AM on July 26, 2025, involving the firing of five heavy artillery shells into multiple locations in Ekphap Village, Thmor Da Commune, Veal Veng District, Pursat Province.
This violation of Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity constitutes a grave breach of international law, including the principles enshrined in the United Nations Charter, and has resulted in harm to innocent civilian lives, while disrupting peace and stability in the region.
The Kingdom of Cambodia calls on the international community to strongly condemn Thailand’s illegal act of aggression. Cambodia demands that Thailand immediately cease all hostile actions and uphold its obligations under international law.
While Cambodia remains committed to resolving disputes peacefully and in accordance with international law, it reserves the right to self-defense as stipulated in Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.
The Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) reaffirm their unwavering commitment to defend the nation’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of its people against Thailand’s brutal and unlawful acts of aggression.
