2010년 설립된 아뜰리에 아키는 동시대 미술의 흐름을 파악하고, 한국 현대미술을 중심으로 유망한 컨템포러리 작가들을 국내외 아트신에 소개하는 허브의 역할을 해오고 있다. 갤러리는 건축계의 노벨상으로 꼽히는 프리츠커상을 수상한 프랑스의 건축가 장 누벨이 설계한 Galleria Forêt에 위치하고 있으며, 2022년에는 동일한 건물 내 두 번째 공간인 아뜰리에 아키 P2를 성공적으로 확장했다. 또한 매년 다양한 기획 전시를 비롯하여 해외 주요 아트페어에 국내외 역량 있는 작가들을 선보임으로써 한국미술의 잠재력과 가능성을 알려왔으며, 매년 10개 이상의 기획전을 개최하며 영향력 있는 작가의 작업 활동을 지원하고 엄선된 작품을 전시하는 데 주력하고있다. 앞으로도 아뜰리에 아키는 현대미술의 새로운 패러다임과 다양

한 조형 세계를 선보이는 동시대 작가를 소개하며 미술의 가능성을 확장하고, 미술 시장을 선도하는 역할을 지속하고자 한다. ATELIER AKI is a leading contemporary art gallery representing influential emerging contemporary artists in Korea. Founded in 2010 and located in the Jean Nouvel-designed Galleria Foret, the gallery expanded in 2022 with a second space, ATELIER AKI P2, within the same complex. Over the years, ATELIER AKI has showcased works by next-generation Korean artists at international art fairs such as Art Miami, London Art Fair, Art 021, Art Central Hong Kong, Art Jakarta, and KIAF, in addition to curating collaborative projects with Kakao and launching a collaborative project with Salvator Ferragamo. ATELIER AKI remains dedicated to supporting influential artists, most notably through presenting over ten
thoughtfully curated group exhibitions annually.

‘Objects in Time’ is now on view at ATELIER AKI 👀

This exhibition highlights a new language of still life through the concept of “landscapes of objects,” as defined by , , and , three artists shaping the evolving dialogue of contemporary art. Through their distinct perspectives, familiar objects are reimagined as vessels of memory, emotion, and the passage of time, while the works enter into a subtle dialogue of rhythm and tension, forming a unified yet layered landscape. In doing so, the exhibition offers a nuanced reflection on how still life can be reinterpreted and expanded within a contemporary context.

On view at ATELIER AKI through April 25.

ATELIER AKI is delighted to announce that artist has been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Fellowship Award from Artist Trust!

Founded in 1986, Artist Trust is a nonprofit organization that has supported artists through one of the most respected and trusted artist support programs in the American art scene for decades.
Lim’s selection for the Fellowship Award marks an important milestone in her career, signaling her emergence beyond the early stage of her practice and affirming her position as an artist producing work of significance in contemporary art today. It also reflects the official recognition of the contemporary relevance and impact of her practice within the global art scene.

Lim’s works are currently on view at ATELIER AKI, Booth A22, at Art Central Hong Kong, held at Central Harbourfront, Hong Kong, through March 29 🙌🏻
