Entrance to the exhibition is free, ask at the first desk for access to the exhibition . Opening hours 9:30-17:00 last admission at 16:15

The Rabat Local Council has announced the cancellation of all outdoor activities for Rabat Sacrum for tonight due to the weather.

However, all activities forming part of the Wignacourt Museum’s “A Knight to Remember” are indoors and will go ahead as planned.

So, don’t let the rain stop you! ☔
Come inside, stay dry and enjoy a night of history, culture and mystery at the Wignacourt Museum.

This Rabat Sacrum 2026, families are invited to step into a world of mystery at the Wignacourt Museum! 🏛️✨
Organized by Compagnia San Michele - Malta in collaboration with the Wignacourt Museum on the 19 th September from 7:30 pm onwards.

During Rabat Sacrum at the Wignacourt Museum, children aged 6 to 12, along with their parents may embark on a 17th century adventure to help us find a thief. Find the suspects, get their clues, and untangle this mystery while learning about the artefacts in the museum.
So get your magnifying glasses 🔍 put on your Sherlock hats 🕵‍♀ and join us on Saturday 19 September at the Wignacourt Museum from 19:30 till late.

Saturday, 19 September, the Wignacourt Museum is proud to be participating in Rabat Sacrum 2026, an initiative of the Rabat Local Council, celebrating the rich history, culture and heritage of Rabat. 🏛️✨

We’re delighted to be collaborating with Compagnia San Michele - Malta and ITS student guides to make this a special evening for our visitors.
