Come and visit the Wignacourt Museum - go down to St Paul's Grotto where the saint is believed to have stayed whilst shipwrecked in Malta in 60AD. Explore the labyrinth of Punic, Roman and Christian Hypogea and the complex of World War II Shelters. The building which housed the priests and Knights who took care of St Paul's Grotto, has been turned into a museum with a collection of prominent works by Maltese and European artists, and artefacts from the church and Knights of St John.
