Malta 5D An amazing 3D film, enhanced with leg ticklers, water spray, air blasts, scents & moving seats! A quick insight to local history&culture in a fun way!

Malta 5D is a new generation theatre where you feel the "real" emotions of the movie. In a short time, you may explore the colourful and and impressive episodes of the Maltese history and culture, magnified with 3Dfilm, moving seats, water spray, air blasts, scents and leg ticklers. A unique experience for all ages. An exhibition of works by local artists will be on display in the foyer.

Did you know Malta once had its very own railway?

The Malta Railway began operating in 1883, connecting Valletta with Rabat and passing through several towns and villages along the way.

Floriana was one of the first stops on the journey, with its station located underground.

Known locally as Il-Vapur tal-Art, meaning “the land ship”, the railway became an important chapter in Malta’s transport history before services came to an end in 1931.
