For colleagues in the and the wider heritage community: this 5‑day course **“Ethnographic Collections and Recollections in Museum Education”** explores how everyday culture (food, faith, landscapes, language) can inspire more meaningful **museum products, services and visitor experiences**. 🧠🏛️
Ideal for professionals working in:
- museums and heritage sites
- adult education and vocational training
- audience development, learning and public engagement
The course is **eligible for Erasmus+ staff mobility funding (KA1)**, so organisations can use their existing projects or accreditation to support participation. 💶✈️

Are you working in adult education, vocational training or higher education and passionate about museums and cultural heritage? 🎓🏛️
From 1–5 July 2026, ValIda is delivering the international training
**“Ethnographic Collections and Recollections in Museum Education”** in the Castelli Romani area and in Rome.
👉 5 days to:
- explore how food, faith, language and landscapes shape everyday heritage
- experiment with ethnographic methods and storytelling in and around museums
- connect with colleagues from across Europe and co-design new learning experiences
This course is eligible for Erasmus+ staff training funding under KA1 (Adult Education, VET, Higher Education): your organisation can use its mobility budget/accreditation or a short-term project to cover travel, subsistence and course fees. ✅
