In our Project Room we present "Andar es ver", a duo show by Claudia Luna and Benjamín Torres, curated by Christian Barragán. Opening Saturday, June 13th — join us from 11 am to 4 pm at Manuel Dublán 33, Tacubaya, Mexico City.

Continuing the collaboration they presented in "Plus One (+1)", the group exhibition on the occasion of Saenger Galería's seventh anniversary, artists Claudia Luna (1988) and Benjamín Torres (1969) have developed the show "Andar es ver" Designed especially for the Project Room at Saenger Galería, the exhibition by Luna and Torres delves into the encounters, crossings, displacements, discoveries, and reflections that their research and creative processes share as they wander through Mexico City — the place where both live and carry out their artistic practice in constant negotiation with their context. This project also offers a brief account of the artists' trajectories while projecting an anthology of stories about everyday life in one of the world's most vast, bustling, and complex metropolises.

This Saturday, May 23 at 12:00 PM, SAENGER Galeria invites you to a conversation that unfolds within the exhibition space itself, in direct dialogue with Muro de celosía. Where does sculpture end and architecture begin? Raúl Mirlo and Pablo Landa will explore the boundary between both disciplines, the relationship between the body and the space the sculpture inhabits, and Rosalind Krauss's reflections from the 1980s on the relationship between base and sculpture.

The exhibition 'El palacio a las 4 de la mañana' operates as an amplifier of the resonances between Giacometti and contemporary practice. Its intention is to foster a reading that reinterprets and expands the legacy of that foundational construction — understood as an operative structure prepared to collapse and be rebuilt each time someone crosses its threshold.
With works by Andrés Anza, Pablo Arellano, Liz Capote, Paula Cortázar, Diego de Romay, Diego Inestrillas, Raúl Mirlo, Cristóbal Ochoa, Natalia Ramos and Miriam Salado.

You can visit El palacio a las 4 de la mañana, curated by Alberto Ríos de la Rosa, in our Project Room through June 2026.

The growth of Saenger Galería has never been individual, but collective—a growth proportional to the effort and gratitude cultivated over these years—where, through the invitation of others, the community branches out, diversifies, and strengthens.
