These are some incredible trending artists right now on as of April 2026.

Alexandria Tarver NYC.
Oil paintings of flowers found on evening walks. Dark grounds, warm light.

Joanna van Son London. Figurative painter working in oil. Bodies in space…raw, layered, unapologetic.

Michelle Paterok Montreal. Paintings about how spaces feel when you remember them wrong.

Astrid Specht Seeberg Copenhagen. Sculptural work that feels organic and unsettling at the same time.

Pippa El-Kadhi Brown .elkadhi.brown London. Dreamlike interiors, cartoonish figures, everyday objects.

Every artist I talk to says some version of the same thing.. “I don’t have enough time to focus on the business side.”

But when I ask what they actually did last week.. it starts to unravel.

3 hours redesigning a website nobody’s visiting. An entire afternoon picking fonts. 45 minutes writing and rewriting a caption before deciding not to post at all.

An hour scrolling other artists’ pages and calling it “research.”

None of that is lazy. All of it feels productive. But almost none of it moves anything forward.

The artists who build real careers don’t have more time than you. They’ve just gotten better at deciding what actually matters on any given day.. and ignoring the rest.

The stuff that actually moves the needle? It takes less time than you think. But it’s uncomfortable.

Sending a DM feels vulnerable. Emailing your list feels exposing. Following up on a sale feels pushy.

So instead.. you redesign your website. Again.

Ask yourself one question every morning.. “What’s the ONE thing I can do today that requires me to be a little uncomfortable?”

That’s the work. Everything else is just rearranging furniture.

SWIPE >>>

Every week my feed reminds me why I do what I do.

These 7 artists stopped me cold this week. Different styles. Different mediums. Same thing in common.. the work doesn’t let you keep scrolling.

Go follow every single one.

Meet Abe. Senior rescue basset hound. Our 6th.

We have been rescuing senior bassets for 20 years. They don’t care about your branding strategy. They just want the couch. 😆

Your artist statement isn’t an About Me.

I went looking for the person behind the work and couldn’t find them.

That’s a problem. Swipe for the fix.
