About Srila Prabhupada Art Gallery
First of its kind in South East Asia and East Asia, the Srila Prabhupada Art Gallery was inaugurated on the 30th of August 2015 as a tribute to the ISKCON Founder-Acharya His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada in conjunction with the 50th Anniversary of the Jaladutta Yatra. TODU Youths was given the honor to create this art gallery, setting a theme of its own – “Walking with Srila Prabhupada – The Path of Perfection”. Read on Srila Prabhupada Art Gallery here.
Srila Prabhupada Art Gallery hosts some intricate, beautiful works of art commemorating the journey of His Divine Grace, from the early years, when Srila Prabhupada had set foot in Malaysia and which initiated the development of Krishna consciousness in Malaysia. This gallery consists of a variety of art styles by skillful artists. We have for example pyrography, wax work, robots, hyper realism art (Penang Street Art), graffiti, oil painting, dioramas, miniatures, 3D art and many more.
So do come and explore Srila Prabhupada's legacy in Malaysia and how far we've come from 1971 till now!
