The Wagenmakerij and Koepelhal form the final phase of Tilburg’s Spoorzone, featuring 300 new homes and space for culture and events. The monumental halls remain at the heart of the plan, receive new public functions, and are complemented by organic new construction. Open spaces, connections, and city gardens make the area accessible and vibrant. Two residential towers mark the entrance and offer a mix of housing types and collective facilities. Our design team — Caruso St. John, Studio Donna van Milligen Bielke & Ard de Vries Architects (ADVMB), and Steenhuis|Meurs — came second in the competition; first prize went to Bedaux de Brouwer, Nudus, and Stramien
