Yes! i can paint your I love animals so much! I must say, he is a big inspiration.

I was born in Venezuela and I started painting at the age of 8 years old. Because of the hard schedule of the school I went, at the age of 12 I stopped painting. I followed engineering studies and graduated in 2003, next year I was moving to France, running away from the chaos in my country and leaving everything behind. France was a long history, I will just summarize that I arrived with nothing,

not even the knowledge of the French language and finish doing a master and a PhD in chemistry. I had an animal companion always, since I have 4 years old, I don’t think I could be the happy person I am today without the love of animals. In 2007, I moved to the Netherlands where I found my home. When my previous cat passed away I did some healing and animal communication curses. I start painting again and I adopted a new cat Toby…you will see Toby in many paintings. When I paint an animal the eyes is the most important part, through the eyes I feel connected to the animal, I can feel, send and share the love!. Animals are unconditional love. I want that when you have a painting from me you feel an increase of happiness in your life, that you can sit relax looking at it and that a smile will be drawn on your face

I see so many artists starting a painting and apparently doing everything perfectly. That is not me. I’m sloppy, impatient, and I love to experiment, have fun, and search for shortcuts or new methods. Sometimes I fall into rabbit holes, and sometimes I get there quicker than expected — but it’s always a surprise and never boring.

I would get bored if I didn’t have the freedom to play around. A lot of people think I’m a perfectionist. I’ve met many perfectionists, and honestly, I don’t consider myself one. Maybe I should. I would love to be one. But everyone is who they are, and we should simply do the best with ourselves and our skills, aiming for the result without worrying too much about the process.

It’s all part of a fun learning journey.

Never take each other or life too seriously. It has been the best advice I’ve ever received, and it is my happiness mantra. That said, still value what you have and don’t take it for granted.

Work in progress! Day 2.

On Day 1, I applied two layers of gesso (also in my hair 😅), three layers of orange paint, and drew the eyes using the grid method.

Today, I applied the first two layers of paint. Working on canvas really requires a lot of layers, but I want to work with different materials, and a panel in that size would be so heavy—if available.

I need several more days like this. Next is to continue creating texture, more texture, then correcting, and finally detailing.

This is a difficult size 😂🤣. But the cat is so cute, and it is for a lovely person, so I do it with ❤️.
