Uy, and as part of the Derecho Uswag Development Agenda-particularly the Kamaandam thrust for disaster preparedness-the City Government of Catbalogan urges all residents to take necessary precautions as Tropical Cyclone “Tino” is expected to bring heavy rains, strong winds, flooding, and possible landslides in the coming days.

Communities in low-lying, coastal, and hillside areas are advised to prepare early, secure their homes and belongings, and be ready for possible preemptive evacuation as directed by barangay officials.

Let us remain vigilant, stay updated through official advisories, and prioritize the safety of our families and neighbors. Early preparedness and cooperation will greatly reduce risks and protect lives.
