Tumbang Preso sa Museo

The NMP–Bicol brought back cherished childhood memories through Play the Past, Uniting the Present: Laro ng Lahi sa Museo at the Open Grounds of NMP–Bicol, together with selected residents of Brgy. Busay and Brgy. Pandan in Daraga, Albay on May 18 as part of the International Museum Day.

NMP–Bicol has reintroduced well-loved Filipino games such as Patintero, Tumbang Preso, Piko, Sipa, and Kadang-Kadang.

While the internet easily connects people online, museums continue to serve as spaces where communities can reconnect with the real world through the living practice of cultural heritage, including traditional Filipino games.
