The Comtrust Building, now home to Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), reflects a time when Escolta was the cityโ€™s financial center in the 1970s. Designed by Filipino architect Josรฉ Marรญa Zaragoza, the building features brutalist architecture and a semi-dome exterior.
