Glorious Art Gallery was created on August 8, 2008 by divine visionary artist Architect William "Elijah" Y. Architect William's styles and techniques are original and are often the product of visions given to him during states of prayer and meditation. This divine guidance is what mainly sets him apart. As an independent, self-supported missionary for three decades and a former monk, he shares tha

t ONLY inspiration for his art is God. His absolute dependence on Him is the main key to his heightened creativity. His faith allows him to long for and create things that do not exist in the world yet. (Call to Me and I will show you great and unsearchable things that you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3)

Appreciation post for the artist who was up for the challenge when I dared him to make a logo that would represent Eye for Treasure in a deep and meaningful way. His name is Arch. William "Elijah" Yap Young, my husband, and he did surpass my expectations. 😊

Through , he accepts logo creation and conceptualization in the form of painting (and consultation for a vectorized version). What sets his work apart is it is a product of prayer and meditation. He lets divine inspiration guide him with every logo creation, just like the rest of his paintings.

He is also a former Catholic monk from the Benedictine order, and a self-supported missionary with the gift of healing, and a golden heart for the poor and oppressed.

Miraculous Mother & Child by Architect William "Elijah" Yap Young. 45" x 60". Watercolor and acrylic on canvas. March 2020.

Originally an abstract painting, it revealed fine outlines of motherly figures and a baby. He let these outlines guide him as he highlights them one by one, prayer by prayer.

When the mind is quiet, when the heart is free, art is not forced. When the spirit is connected to the Source, creativity flows freely, like a spring, blessing its audience, and sometimes, healing the soul.
