The re-launching of the Museum came from the idea of the University President Dr. Romeo R. Quilang and Campus Executive Officer Dr. Archimedes C.

Articulo in their aim to promote and revive the Cagayano culture. With the re-establishment of the Museum, the audience will have a glimpse of the life of the people of Cagayan Valley during different seasons and phases. The present museum showcases the different cultural heritage of Cagayan, its archeological sites and artifacts, the traditional practices of the people, and their artistic skills.
