Join us on 25 April 2026 at Mugna Gallery as our exhibiting artist, the proudly Visayan Danni Sollesta walks and talks us through his journey in discovering terracotta in Negros, developing a personal practice around it locally and internationally, and eventually advocating and spearheading education and awareness around it, such as the Dumaguete Terracotta Biennale.

With his latest exhibition, “in/Forming,” Sollesta’s terracotta works provide a curious (back)ground for dialogue between his other mediums like drawing and painting, and this artist talk is the perfect opportunity to discover how he forms his concepts, shapes his works, and informs us of the rich histories behind each image.
