Satrang Gallery presents 'The Shape of Home' featuring Farrukh Adnan, Mamoona Riaz, and Wajiha Batool, exploring home as a shifting condition shaped by memory, movement, and lived experience. Through maps, landscapes, and cultural motifs, the artists trace how belonging is constructed and transformed over time. Drawing from diverse traditions, their works reflect on migration, urbanization, and displacement. The exhibition considers home as a fluid, evolving idea formed between longing, memory, and place.

Highlights from the opening of ذِکْر – Zikr, a solo show by Qasim Bugti.

For Qasim Bugti, calligraphy and miniature painting are inseparable practices rooted in discipline, contemplation, and spiritual reflection.

Through repetition he revisits lines, words, and forms to deepen connections between faith, memory, and existence. Working primarily in Khat-e-Nastaliq, he transforms familiar language into a contemplative visual rhythm.

His work explores the presence of the soul and the transient nature of the material world through layered marks and poetic expression.

Satrang Gallery is delighted to invite you to the opening of ذِکْر - Zikr: A solo exhibition by Qasim Bugti.

This exhibition explores calligraphy and miniature painting as interconnected practices rooted in discipline, spirituality, and quiet reflection. Much like zikr, the meditative act of remembrance through repetition, the recurring lines and words in these works create an embodied rhythm.

Inspired by Professor Mirza Ghulam Rasool Azhar’s poetry, the exhibition uses repetition as a spiritual rhythm of remembrance, rendered in Khat-e-Nastaliq to present language as both image and prayer, inviting stillness and contemplation
