Wagner Art Gallery is based in Ericeira, West coast of Portugal.
This project started in September 2015, the opening took place in April 2016 with the artist Francisco Salgado Dias, famous Portuguese artist living in Ericeira at this time.
Why Ericeira ? Especially for the difficulties encountered by artists to exhibit.
Nothing is done to support the Artists, who represent the living heritage of the village and the district, I chose to live this challenge because creating synergy in Ericeira si the most complicate, a pretty fishing village, full of stories, architecture shows it pretty well, and culturally we are related to the Artist Paula Rego, till Guillermo Vélez, two renowned artists, ignored by the official representatives of the Culture.
"The Wagner Ericeira Gallery presents a collection of excellent artists from around the world in various artistic styles for insightful fine art collectors, plenty of hospitality. Commercial purchases focus on the cultural and artistic sectors."
Jornal O Ericeira April 26, 2018
The Wagner Ericeira Gallery encourages the creativity and mobility of artists, the dissemination and access to culture for the greatest number of people, the real access to intercultural dialogue for the knowledge of people, because the building
of life brings people closer to their common heritage.
Europe is a good laboratory for talent, national and international.

It is essential to put in place a long-term cooperation strategy and to facilitate access to professional, cultural and linguistic diversity perspectives in order to foster innovation. The cultural and creative sectors are considered to have potential for growth and innovations, but they must face the challenges of major transformations, new manufacturing methods, new uses, changes in value chains, change Development of the audience through the use of information and communication technologies.
It is understood that political commitment is more than necessary, but it is vital that all associations and entities continue to mobilize to accentuate this synergy.
Boosting cultural life brings citizens closer together on the basis of a common heritage.
