| انضموا إلينا في الندوة الموسيقية “الرياح الحمراء والآثار الصوتية” من الخميس إلى السبت، 22-24 أكتوبر 2026، في حي جميل
من خلال حوارات الفنانين، وجلسات الاستماع والمزيد، يجمع البرنامج فنانين وموسيقيين ومنسقي موسيقى ومنتجين وكتابًا وباحثين من المنطقة وخارجها، للتساؤل حول ما الذي يجعل صوتًا ما هامشيًا، وكيف ولماذا تُهمَّش بعض أشكال التعبير الموسيقي أو تغيب عن التوثيق والتمثيل، وما الذي يحدث حين يُعاد النظر إليها بوصفها مصادر للمعرفة وذاكرةً وتراثًا ثقافيًا.
ستقام الندوة كل عامين ضمن برنامج ألحان حي من تقديم مؤسسة فن جميل، ويستكشف أشكال البحث والتفكير والتبادل المستمرة والبديلة حول الممارسات الصوتية، وإنتاج الموسيقى وتداولها، من منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا والجنوب العالمي.

| Join us for ‘Red Wind, Sonic Residues’, a music symposium taking place from Thursday to Saturday, October 22–24, 2026, at Hayy Jameel.
Through artist talks, listening sessions and more, the programme brings together artists, musicians, DJs, producers, writers and researchers from the region and beyond to question what makes a sound peripheral, how and why certain forms of musical expression become silenced or excluded from documentation and representation, and what happens when they are reconsidered as sources of knowledge, memory and cultural heritage.
Taking place every two years as part of Hayy Sounds, an Art Jameel programme, the symposium explores ongoing and alternative forms of research, thinking and exchange around sonic practices, music production and circulation from the MENA region and Global South.
