DRAKÄGGET KLÄCKS I OKTOBER

Sedan Drakar och Demoner återvände för tre år sedan har kreatörer runt om i landet fyllt spelet med nya äventyr, moduler och kampanjer.

Det firar vi med Drakägget – priset för bästa tredjepartsmodul till Drakar och Demoner! Vi vill hylla skaparna och hjälpa fler att upptäcka deras verk. Kanske finns ditt nästa äventyr bland bidragen?

Tio nominerade, utgivna på svenska 2023–2026, gör upp om priset. Fyra finalister presenteras på Spelkongressen den 17 oktober i Gamla Riksarkivet i Stockholm, där vinnaren sedan koras och får det allra första Drakägget samt 10 000 kronor.

Fick uppdraget att illustrera omslaget till kommande Fenix. Som före detta amatör gokartförare i FETGO säsong 2011 var temat som klippt och skuret för mig. Även ett stort fan av gamla skolans filmaffischer.

Idag skickades Fenix 5 till tryckeriet. Numret har tema Action. Huvudnumret är Christoffer Krämers Formel 1 deckare Down Force. Övriga artiklar är ett äventyr till Troubleshooters, Graeme Davis, en ny del av skapa världar, kampsport i Magnamund till Ensamma Vargen, Yrmandrunges profetia till min faders svärd, I Chupacabrans spår till De fördömda en artikel om Spelslöjd och rollspel i feodala Japan (inklusive Samuraj från Äventyrsspel) samt ett flertal recensioner

The Ereb Altor Kickstarter is entering its final 24 hours!

Ereb Altor is the original setting for Dragonbane, dating back to the days when the game was still known as Drakar och Demoner.

Ereb Altor is built around the idea of the World Crawl - that the players can create their own adventures by sitting down around the map and planning and plotting their voyages of discovery and daring do across Ereb Altor.

Several parts of the product line contribute to this:
- In the Setting Guide, rules for long distance travel, trade and caravans are based on plotting routes on the world map. Challenges and Contests, based on rolling for four skills and attributes and comparing the number of successes, allow for fast resolution of major undertakings like these. The book is ram packed with random tables and challenging encounters.
- In Heroes of the Copper Sea, seafaring rules are fleshed out further to support sailing the Copper Sea with the groups ship as a floating stronghold. The GM Screen will support travel rules further with a focus on sailing.
- In the Copper Sea Chronicles, we introduce chronicle play and the epic Copper Sea Chronicle. A system of Key Actors introduce might antagonists and benefactors that shape the action with their own agendas. A mysterious portolan chart, with it's glyphs and seals, provides a myriad enticing locations for the player characters to explore. And every region of the Copper Sea is fleshed out with secrets, NPCs, adventure sites and adventures, all enabling pick up and play open world sandbox play for the Copper Sea.
- In the Call of the Siren, we put all of this into practice in an epic campaign spanning the Copper Sea and giving the characters every opportunity to explore and race against time across it's four corners.

And there is more - like the secrets of the four winds and the power locked into the eldritch regalia of Jorpagna - for the players to explore in an epic world crawl of Ereb Altor.
