Karen Svensson is an art curator since 2017. Also coaches and takes care of exhibitions and diverse cultural events in the south of Sweden.

‍‍‍Karen Svensson Olavarria is an Art Curator since 2017. After a couple of years, she opened her own art gallery (OLA Gallery), but it got closed in 2021 due to the pandemic. However, new doors opened later and she works independently on significant exhibitions in the south of Sweden. Karen has a broad vision of art management today, and she works mostly with artists who need to be seen. Her experience working as a host and art educator at the Modern Art Museum of Sweden and her studies in art history and visual studies / cultural administration has given her the capacity to manage art and to offer an honest relationship with artists, curators, and gallerists. Karen Svensson Olavarria lives in the south of Sweden but for her love of art, she would go all around the globe, in the quest for unseen talent, so they can glow.
