It’s something about green... 🍃

I keep coming back to it.
Deep greens, muted greens, almost-grey greens — constantly mixing and adjusting until the colour feels right.

When I started ”A Never Ending Story” as a small collection of original paintings, I never knew it would become so popular!

Small, intimate works, each carrying its own fragment of a larger story.

Almost all have already found their homes, and I love seeing how they begin a new life there, you can see two of them in their new home in slides 4–5.

The story will continue. Each year, I plan to add six new original works to A Never Ending Story, each unique, and each connected to the collection in its own way.

One work from the first collection is still available directly through my online gallery.

They invite you to slow down. -

This small bay on Kökar stayed with me - not because it was dramatic, but because of its quiet light, the mist over the water and the feeling of standing between land and sea watching the small light of the sun that trying to pass through the mist.

Back in the studio, those impressions became the beginning of this small sketch.

time to relax
time to slow down
time to stop
time to breathe

And now it is the time to look… to see.
Maybe something is there that will find its way to my sketchbook.

Time will tell.

Beautiful summer days on the island of Kökar.🤍

A place where time slows down.

Where the sea, the rocks and the changing light remind me to look a little closer.

Every visit leaves me with new inspiration to bring back to the studio.
