June brings 3 new exhibitions and a special programme at Objectifs:
🎥 The White Faces | 6 June: In 1998, Elysa Wendi performed a solo dance. No archive remains. A live re-enactment and three films circle that absence — not to recover what was lost, but to ask what the body holds when documentation fails.
📦 A Voyage of Box Boy | Opening 4 June: Malaysian artist C.K. Koh traces a quiet journey through photographs, film, and objects. Follow along and leave a message for someone you miss.
🎶 The Art of Chamber Music | Opening 11 June: Chamber Music and Arts Singapore marks their 5th anniversary with a photography exhibition, a feature documentary, and live concerts and open rehearsals as part of a Chamber Music Residency. Photographers Clarence Aw and Brandon Koh illuminate the world of music-making, alongside the premiere of a cinematic documentary, song without words, by Tan Si En and Momo Film Co.
💌 Postcards From My Darling Love | Opening 18 June: Ripple Root, the artist duo of Liquan Liew and Estella Ng, presents their twelfth solo show as a love letter to Singapore, repainting scenes from a 1965 film with a fresh twist on colour and a familiar ache.
