Tools of Old Singapore

Tools of Old Singapore The Museum contains vintage tools that helped the people of Singapore build their nation, organized by trade: fisherman, sailor, bicycle repair, etc.

An interactive permanent exhibition that showcases the precious tools of our pioneer generation: the homemaker's feather plucker, the carpenter's hand saw, the sack hook of the coolie that brought goods from the ships in Singapore harbour. Visitors will gain a deep appreciation of the hard work and grit of the everday people who built the nation.
