Small Works, Big Impact: Art Lime Gallery Opens in Diego Martin
A splash of color has swept through Diego Martin with the arrival of Art Lime Gallery. Nestled on Farfan Street, La Puerta, this new vibrant space offers a haven for art enthusiasts and aspiring creators of all ages.
Beyond captivating artistic displays, Art Lime Gallery is already nurturing the next generation of creatives. Its Children's Community Art Classes, designed for budding artists aged 6 to 11, are in full swing. Gallery Founder and Director, Judith Smith explains that “it is an avenue to provide a nurturing environment for young minds to explore their imaginations and develop foundational artistic skills.” Classes are currently led by renowned Jamaican expressionist Professor Emeritus Kofi Kayiga (studio principal and artist in residence) and veteran artist Gregory Williams.
Before the curtain falls, witness the captivating finale of Art Lime Gallery’s inaugural exhibition, "Small Works: 12 x 12 x 12". This vibrant showcase of diverse artistic talents, which opened on 30th November 2023, is a feast for the eyes and a must-see for any art enthusiast. Featuring:
