「熱暑人－熱／暑的文化與當代藝術」今日圓滿落幕。
在中美館的第一個夏天，我們一起走進一場關於「熱」的展覽——
展覽匯集來自不同國家與文化背景的藝術家，透過繪畫、影像、裝置等多元形式，從不同地方的經驗出發，讓「熱」成為一種跨越地域的共同語言，也讓我們重新感受人與環境之間複雜而緊密的關係。

謝謝每一位走進展場的你，也謝謝所有參展藝術家、策展團隊與合作夥伴，讓來自不同地方的聲音得以在臺中相遇，也讓這場關於「熱」的對話發生。
或許，當我們面對一個持續升溫、逐漸失衡的世界，「熱暑人」所留下的，不只是對氣候與環境的凝視，也是一份繼續生活與前行的力量——在變動之中保有韌性，在困境裡持續創造，尋找讓我們與世界共同生存的可能。
而這段旅程，也還沒有結束。
2027年4月至9月，部分參展作品將巡迴至巴拿馬當代藝術館 Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Panamá MAC Panamá 展出，並延續「熱暑人」的核心概念，在不同的地理與文化脈絡中展開新的對話。
這場關於「熱」的旅程，將如何在另一座城市延續與轉化，也邀請大家持續關注✨

✧ Thank You for Walking Through the “Horizon Ablaze” with Us ✧
“Horizon Ablaze” officially comes to a close today.
During the Taichung Art Museum’s first summer, we came together for an exhibition about “heat”—
Bringing together artists from diverse countries and cultural backgrounds, the exhibition explored heat through painting, video, installation, and other forms. Drawing from experiences across different places, “heat” became a shared language that crosses borders, inviting us to reconsider the complex and intimate relationship between people and the environment.

Thank you to everyone who visited the exhibition, and to all the participating artists, the curatorial team, and our partners who made it possible.
Together, we brought voices from different places into conversation in Taichung, allowing this dialogue around “heat” to unfold.
Perhaps what “Horizon Ablaze” leaves with us are more than a reflection on climate and our changing world. It is also a reminder of our own resilience—the capacity to create, adapt, and survive, and to keep moving forward in a world increasingly on edge and out of balance.
And this journey is not over yet.
From April to September next year, selected works from the exhibition will be presented at the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Panamá MAC Panamá in Panama, extending the exhibition’s core ideas into a new geographic and cultural context.
