WOCA nurtures the artist and the creative expression of their art. The quality and variety of work is always quite high. It is surprising to witness the unknown talent that exists and that has no outlet for expression. WOCA has affected the lives of hundreds of area artists. We have found that there are many artists who are shy or question the worth of their art and who just want to have the opportunity to show there work but have always met dead ends. Over the years many WOCA alumni have progressed to fulfilling careers as professional artists.
