Joey McFarland Designs handcrafted leather gear takes pride in the craftsmanship and quality of the items offered. I choose leather that has character. Each piece is unique as no two hides are exactly the same. What some may consider “imperfections” (brands, holes, scars) I consider beautiful. They are intentionally used in many of the pieces to further enhance their one-of-a-kind nature. Unless o

therwise noted, all leather is genuine cowhide and all thread is waxed linen. Handcrafted in the USA since 1969. These items are crafted in my (top secret) leather shop/living room. Since 1969 leather work in the living room has been a part of my life. And yes, Mom still has that first Joey McFarland original! From that key case to Dad’s briefcase and my own saddlebags for my first motorcycle, the love of leather gear and the desire to design original functional art has brought me here. Some patterns are a one off, never to be made again. Lucky you if you get one of those. You can see many items in person in The Artisan Room. Special Orders? Most things are possible! Crafted with passion. Take a look around, ask questions if you have any and enjoy.
