Thank you to everyone who came to the opening of our newest exhibit, "through new eyes 3," open now through June 6, 2026.

Lots of people asked about the image we used for the postcard. Here's a full view of the painting, "The Gardener - Bessie Goldsmith," by Andover artist Jane Trumbore.

You can read more about it on our online collections catalog, https://conta.cc/3PkbSj5

“through new eyes 3" is the History Center's third collaboration with Artists of Andover.

Original artworks are inspired by items in the History Center’s collection. Artworks and collections items will be on display, so you can see collection pieces through the eyes of an artist rather than the eyes of a historian.

All of the original artworks in the exhibition will be available for purchase.

Open Wednesdays through Saturdays, 10am to 4pm, at the History Center, 97 Main St, Andover

For more information and to meet the artists whose works will be on exhibit, https://conta.cc/488TuQv
