I am offering a package deal on almost all of my studio gear including some old camera bodies, lenses, strobes, speedlights, constant lights, props, etc.

I am absolutely NOT selling items individually. It is just not worth my time to deal with going back and forth between my home and storage unit, so please do not ask.

The complete package price is only $1,500.

Visit the site below for a comprehensive (not guaranteed) list along with photos and ore details.

Arabi Visual Arts offers very affordable photo & video studio rentals, gear rentals, workshop space, and gallery to host your own exhibition.

Mark your calendars to attend TEP Center Community Day on this Sunday November 12th!

Meet a Living Legend, Dr. Leona Tate and her amazing staff who have given so much to the Lower 9th Ward in a way that has truly had positive impacts worldwide.

If you like the local football teams that plays in the big round building, they will be showing it on TV (argh LOL).

This is a great time for networking with area business owners.

I was recently honored with an unusual opportunity to photograph an absolutely amazing group of people as they listened to the documentary film about Leona Tate, Tessie Prevost and Gail Etienne entering McDonogh 19 Elementary School for the first time as part of the process to break down racial segregation of public schools in New Orleans.

It is a heart-wrenching story, and I had a bit of anxiety about invading people's privacy during such a dramatic and deeply personal presentation. However, the goal to capture very real and raw emotions. The room was completely filled and I did not want to intrude, so I sat quietly on the floor near the screen.

Even though I have seen this film many times myself I was a bit worried I might get emotional as well, but I kept my focus on the people.

Thank you to Economy League of Philadelphia for entrusting me with this important assignment during the Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange (GPLEX) and to Dr. Leona Tate for sharing your story in such a HUGE way as well as Tremaine, Taj, and the other staff/volunteers that make it all happen!

THE NEW ORLEANS DRAWING GROUP MEMBER'S EXHIBITION OPENING RECEPTION

What an incredible opening reception in my gallery! I can't say enough about how incredible this experience was. We had so many amazing volunteers, sponsors, artists, friends, models, etc. and it was just amazing. I am currently exhausted and will not even try to name names or tags but will circle back to that as I share this post on my personal profiles.

Wow! What a weekend! The Sugar Fest and the opening reception for the New Orleans Drawing Group took place on Saturday.

We were pleased to be a sponsor at the Sugar Cookie level (how fitting for such a sweet guy right?) and to help set up the selfie-station on the stage at Aycock Barn.

Hope to grow this concept next year and promise to not overextend myself.

Thank you to:

Max Haines - for harvesting some real sugar cane
Troy & Alison - for so much work overall producing the event
Izzy Oneiric Maistros for fighting the wind and gravity along with me to get everything taped to the wall
Ms. Liz from Domino Sugar for giving me some sugar!
