The North Castle Revolutionary War 250 Steering Committee was a featured booth at the entrance to the 49th annual Armonk Lions Fol-de-Rol on June 7 & 8. After Saturday attendance was affected by rain, the sunshine on Sunday had hundreds of families and individuals stop by the NCRW250 booth to learn more about North Castle's significant role in the Revolutionary War. A number of town residents and visitors pledged support for and donated to current and upcoming NCRW250 activities, for which they received a t-shirt and/or cap of choice. Grateful to be able to participate in this outstanding community event, the NCRW250 thanks the Armonk Lions Club for its support of our activities and programs aimed at the town's July 4, 2026 celebration, as well as our historic preservation efforts to preserve North Castle's important contributions to American Independence.
