NUNU

10/25/2026

Let us start by saying this: Joe Hall was family to NUNU and an icon whose mission was to preserve and carry forward the sound of Louisiana Creole music.

These photos capture Joe performing in the UK, sharing the music and traditions of Louisiana Creole culture with audiences across the world.

His music carried the history, culture, and spirit of our community far beyond Louisiana, while remaining deeply rooted in the traditions he grew up with.

Join us on November 21st at NUNU Arts & Culture Collective 6pm-9pm in Arnaudville as we come together to honor the life and legacy of Joe Hall through music, stories, and a special tribute to his contribution to Louisiana Creole music.
