Suicidal people usually don’t show signs of their intentions. The people who cry wolf and claim they are suicidal are just lonely looking for attention. The ones who actually fallow through with the act of killing their self don’t just end their own pain they selfishly share their pain with the people who really love them. It’s not fair and mental health should be taken more seriously. Holidays can be very stressful and has the highest rates of suicidal death. So if someone is acting unusual or is down and sad don’t ignore them give them a hug and let everyone around you know how important they are.
