We Love Fisher Poets!

The FisherPoets Gathering returns to Astoria

Join us Friday & Saturday, February 27–28, 2026 for a one-of-a-kind celebration of the commercial fishing life—told through poetry, prose, and song.

Since 1998, fisherpoets from across the country have gathered in Astoria’s pubs, theaters, and galleries to share authentic stories from the deck, the dock, and the sea.

At the Liberty Theatre, doors open at 5pm with a 6pm showtime on both Friday and Saturday nights.
