Four months. Four flowers. Four little chapters of a year in bloom 🌿

January, February, March, and April have officially blossomed, which means the first quarter of my ✨Birth Month Flower Collection✨ is complete. Watching this garden grow month by month has been pure magic.

And now… May is calling. 🌸

With Mother’s Day just around the corner, there’s no better time to bring home a piece of floral beauty, whether it’s your birth month, someone you love, or simply the flower that speaks to you.

Each original painting is available now on my website, ready to find its forever home. šŸ’

Tell me…what month is your favorite so far?

How does color in artwork actually affect you and your mood? Color isn’t just something you see, it’s something you feel.

The colors in artwork can quietly shift your mood without you even noticing. Warm tones like red, orange, and yellow tend to energize and stimulate, while cooler tones like blue, green, and violet can calm your mind and slow things down. Even neutrals like black and white can bring a sense of clarity, contrast, or emotional depth.

Your response to color is personal, too. A shade that feels comforting to one person might feel intense to another, shaped by memory, culture, and experience. That’s what makes art so powerful, it creates a mood before you even begin to interpret it.

So when you’re drawn to a piece, ask yourself: is it the subject… or the way the color makes you feel?

March’s bloom: daffodils 🌼

This is my third month creating birth flower paintings, and I’ve loved bringing these bright, hopeful blooms to life. To make it more fun, I placed this painting in six different rooms—each with its own vibe (and yes… one might have a little Easter surprise hiding in it 🐰🄚).

Which room is your favorite?

With Easter just around the corner, it feels like the perfect time for daffodils… full of fresh starts, sunshine, and a little spring magic.

This original painting is available now on my website, just check the link in my bio if one of these rooms feels like home to you.
