In honor of LPG Day, we’re spotlighting Nicholson van Altena Glass, a second-generation glassblowing studio in the Sierra Nevada foothills now run by lifelong friends Hannah and Alana. Their Ferrellgas-fueled furnace runs 24/7 at over 2,000°F, keeping molten glass at the ready for shaping. Propane powers the heart of their studio and fuels their artistry every day.​

This year’s LPG Day theme, “LPG Works Around the Clock”, celebrates how propane keeps industries like this glowing day and night.​

We hope you are all able to attend the Taste of the Tour opening Gala this Saturday, November 4th from 5-8pm. One piece from each Tour artist will be on display, plus art from many of the galleries and schools participating this year!

There will be a duo from the Auburn Symphony and Tastes and Sips from many local restaurants, wineries and breweries. Plus we are bringing back the "Art Grab-Bag" fundraiser. FUN!!!
