So excited!!! The Whiskey Painters will be back again this year. I know so many of you have been asking....now we know. The Gertrude Herbert will host an opening on Nov. 20th......please call the Gertrude for more info. Hope to see everyone there.

Spending the day getting ready for the workshop I will be teaching in Statesboro. Looking forward to meeting new artists.

“Passages” a two woman show featuring new paintings by Lou Ann Zimmerman and Lala Streett will be held at the Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta in the upstairs gallery during the month of July. Opening reception will be held on June 25th from 6 until 8 pm the public is invited.

This morning Lala and I took our paintings to the Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta for the show we have opening Thursday evening (6-8) It is in the Balcony Gallery and everyone is welcome. Just a little tweaking to do tomorrow morning. I hope we will see you there.

It will seem strange not to be downtown during Masters Week. I am remembering the first year Michael and I had the gallery. We had rented our homes, but wanted to have the gallery open. So we camped out in the loft above the front door. What memories. We learned a lot about downtown that year. I hope everyone has a great Easter and Masters Week!

Please contact me at [email protected]. We will discuss subject, medium, size, timeline and price. When those are agreed upon a down payment of 1/3 will begin the project. When the piece is finished (but unframed) we will meet to see if you approve and discuss framing. At that point the second 1/3 is due. The final payment is due when the finished piece is delivered to you.
