The front porch overlooks a generous patio on East Austin's art row. Recently restored 1915 bungalow on Cesar Chavez.

Atelier 1205 features a flexible gallery space for exhibiting art and hosting events, with the original wood of the 100-year-old bungalow exposed on the ceiling and accent walls. A unique space with 11'-0" tall wood ceilings & wood floors available for events.

Spring is gracing our event space with all the pretty flowers. This was an amazing SXSW event last year!! Distilling invited SXSW attendees to see whisky from a new perspective. They celebrated their Waco roots with live music, Balcones cocktails, and good ole Texas BBQ. Inside, guests could visit The Gallery Tasting Room, where they could experience an intimate tasting session with the Balcones Distillery team. They included performances by , , and played between the sets. It was memorable!! We were so excited that Balcones definitely put their stamp on SXSW at our space.
