✨ Pottery Classes with Drita Choy

Drita is teaching pottery classes, this time at Sarah Ryor Studio:

Her Introduction to Ceramics class focuses on handbuilding techniques, perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect with clay.

Choose your session:
• Saturdays | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sundays | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Life moves in chapters. Some we cherish, some we must close. We feel honored, grateful, and truly happy to have shared this space with artists, friends, and our community here in Connecticut.

And now, we close this chapter the way we began - with the Founders’ Show.

The exhibition is on view through February 22, with a CLOSING RECEPTION on February 21 from 1-3PM which we hope you can attend. Please RSVP with at [email protected].

Playing with clay is such a rewarding experience. In our first Intro to Ceramics class, students focused on simply feeling the material and shaping it through basic pinching techniques. A great start to building both confidence and connection with the clay.

Discover the joy of working with clay and create one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces in a relaxed, hands-on studio setting.

Instructor: Drita Choy
Learn hand-building techniques including pinch, coil, and slab methods. Explore texture-making and finish your work with vibrant glazes.

We’re excited to share the Ongoing Youth Art Classes for children ages 7-12, starting this January. These classes are designed to build strong art skills while nurturing, creativity and confidence.

When? January 9 – May 30.
Space limited to six per section.
Students may join later if space available.

Fridays, 6-8PM
Saturdays, 11AM-1PM
