Badin Snow Days! Thank you to Dall Wilson for capturing images of several iconic Badin structures. The trestle located at our Waterfront Park is seen from several angles. The easily recognizable Badin Baptist Church can be seen across the snowy field from the park. We love having a recent picture of a snow covered downtown looking from the area of the Museum and Post Office. Stop by the Museum today, we'll be open our regular Sunday hours from 2-5. The Museum is also open Tuesdays 9-12 and 1-3.

Thank you, thank you to all who came and supported the Badin Historic Museum's Mrs. Pumpkin's and Dewey's fundraiser sale! Your support is so important to the Museum and it's ongoing programs and projects and is so appreciated. ALSO, we have a little more good news... although the sale officially ended December 21, we still have some chicken pies and cookies available. If you missed out or need more please call 704-422-6900, leave a message and we will call you back.

--------------- LAST CALL!! ---------------
This is the last week of the Badin Historic Museum's MRS. PUMPKIN'S and DEWEY'S Sale. We will be open Friday and Saturday December 19 & 20 from 10- 5 and Sunday, December 21 from 1-5 which is the last day of the sale. Please come and support this important Fundraiser for the Museum. You all know that the delicious chicken pies, cookies and treats are great! They are convenient to have on hand for visitors or ready to gift or bring when you visit! Thank you to everyone who came and shopped in support of the Museum and those we look forward to seeing this weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Museum.

RESCHEDULED The Badin Tree Lighting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, December 3. We will be open 4pm-8pm, Wednesday, December 3 so you can get your Mrs. Pumpkin's and Dewey's specialties before and after the Christmas Festivities in Badin!

We're getting ready for the holidays at the Badin Historic Museum. Deer are grazing by the Spark Plug, yes the Spark Plug! Learn more about the restoration project undertaken to restore this 1920s Edwards model 10, "Spark Plug” railcar. The Mrs. Pumpkin and Dewey's Sale is in full swing! Come by the Badin Historic Museum to get everything you need and want. These pictures show some of the items that include cookies and sugar cakes but be assured there are still plenty of Mrs. Pumpkin's delicious chicken pies available!
