Susan LeVan "This body of work is an ode to the many strays and rescues I’ve known in my life. A rich and motley assortment who came in different colors, shapes, and sizes." Wildlife as well as domestic animals are Fumi Matsumoto's subject matter. Her linocuts are printed on teabag papers carefully glued together. Green teas produce softer hued papers, black teas produce darker hues with more texture.
