Abstract Metal Sculptor, Stephen Kishel
At 7 years old, Stephen made his very first metal sculpture, and from then on, his path was set - he
wanted to express himself through metal. And that's exactly what he did.
Stephen has created thousands of sculptures, mobiles and wall art from metal throughout his career.
His works are featured in various galleries, as well as ornamenting public libraries, university
campuses, hospitals and governmental buildings.
When Stephen moved from Indiana to Bluffton, SC, he founded Palmetto Oaks Sculpture Garden,
just a few minutes from Hilton Head Island, which has turned into a beautiful and unique outdoor
gallery that welcomes visitors from all over the world. This is truly a must see if you're looking for
things to do in Bluffton and Hilton Head. You can now see Stephen’s artwork at Thibault Gallery as well.

Lindsay Spinks is a watercolor artist and Creative Director based in Bluffton, South Carolina. With a background in Visual Communication and a career in art and design, her work is shaped by a lifelong interest in color, composition, and visual storytelling.
In 2016, Lindsay created Petite Printz®, a creative project centered around miniature watercolor paintings. Her work combines delicate realism, soft watercolor textures, and carefully composed scenes inspired by nostalgia, everyday life, and the challenge of capturing detail and personality within only a few inches of paper.
After stepping away from Petite Printz for several years, a move from New York to South Carolina brought Lindsay back to painting and sparked a new chapter in her work. Today, she creates original watercolors, custom commissions, fine art prints, and leads watercolor workshops throughout the Lowcountry.
Whether painting a familiar place, beloved pet, or everyday object, Lindsay hopes her work encourages people to pause, lean in a little closer, and find something meaningful in the details.
When she isn't painting, Lindsay can usually be found wandering through a bookstore or farmers market, sitting in a local coffee shop, reading a fantasy novel, or spending time with her husband and their dog, Maverick. In her studio, there's almost always a cup of coffee nearby and Jerry Vale playing in the background.

On a Personal Note… ❤️

This Saturday is going to be a very special day for Eric and me. As we approach our 20th wedding anniversary, we will be receiving the Sacrament of Marriage in the Catholic Church, surrounded by our family.

When Eric and I were married nearly 20 years ago, it was a second marriage for both of us, and we were married by our dear friend, Momma Lisa, who is a lay person. Over the years, it has been in both of our hearts to have our marriage recognized and blessed by the Catholic Church.

With the guidance of Father Andrew at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, we were able to complete everything required by the Church, and now this Saturday, that prayer will finally become a reality.

What makes the day even more meaningful is having our family take part in the ceremony. Our granddaughters, Kami and Hadley, will proclaim the first and second readings, our daughter Erin will lead the Responsorial Psalm, and our daughter Caitlin and her husband, Stephen, will stand beside us as our witnesses.

This is something Eric and I have wanted for a very long time, and we feel incredibly blessed that the day is finally here.

God is good…all the time. 🙏❤️
