Another fantastic piece of 1976 Bicentennial ephemera from our files to share on Flag Day!

This booklet, with cursive “Ross” written on the colorful cover, would have come to us from the office of Pennsylvania State Senator James E. Ross.

Senator Ross served the 47th district from January 2,1973 to February 28, 1990.

“Banners for the Bicentennial” was published in the Pittsburgh Press Roto Magazine on October 5, 1975.
