Locality Locality is a gallery and workshop space in downtown Bedford, PA. Locality has evolved into a multifaceted creative space in downtown Bedford, PA.

The core of the space consists of a contemporary art gallery, and a new makerspace for art, design, and technology. In addition Locality serves as home to several performance and educational groups.

ATTENTION Artists and Consignors. Effective immediately, Locality is ceasing gallery operations in downtown Bedford. All artists or consignors who have left work at the space, please contact us by private message to make arrangements to pick up your work.

We will continue to support the efforts of Off Pitt Street Theatre Company and the Bedford Arts Cooperative in the space, and our instructors will continue to provide programming to area students through our partnership with the county's after school programs.

Jade and Michael would like to thank all those that have supported our efforts in the community for the past 9 years.
We hope that you will continue to support OPS and BAC in the future.
