Midcentury Modern Architecture Museum The Belleville Historical Society is restoring a home to serve as a Midcentury Modern Architecture Museum featuring the work of Belleville architect Charles E.

King. Designed by King in 1952 for Terry and Thelma Blazier, the house was subsequently in use as a funeral home, then as a church, before the historical society purchased it in 2015. Donations to support the renovation are greatly appreciated and may be made to the Belleville Historical Society.

Here are a few pics from last year's Holiday Party. Please join us to see the progress that has been made since last year. Dress in your favorite 50's inspired fashion, enjoy period holiday music, plenty of tinsel, food and drinks. By popular demand, this year we'll offer beer in addition to wine and mulled cider.

Just a reminder- The 1950s Holiday Party at the Midcentury Modern Architecture Museum (8501 West Main Street) is this Saturday night from 7-9p! Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Advance tickets are available via PayPal and at the Belleville businesses listed below.

Artiste De Fleurs, Circa Boutique, Dill's Floral Haven, Eckert Florist, Fletcher's Kitchen and Tap, and Peace by Piece Boutique.
