Exciting news! If you rode the train at Stowe Park in the 1950s and 1960s, revisit those fond memories at our Living History Day and see the Stowe Park Special train engine. Fully restored by the Belmont Historical Society, and Society friends in 2011, the engine will be on display for the first time in over 10 years at the museum. If you’re new to the area or missed Stowe Park in its heyday, you can still experience this special exhibit that captures the history that made it so beloved in Belmont.
