RENE BUGNON METAL DETECTOR PRESENTATION
2:15 PM SATURDAY AUGUST 15TH PERKINS HOUSE

Mount Holly resident René Bugnon will share the results of his recent metal detection adventures undertaken with Brad Martin (Green Mountain Metal Detecting) near René’s Mount Holly home. What they have found includes a Colonial shoe buckle from the 1700s, harmonica reeds, and part of an 1800s parasol hidden in an old cellar hole. These are some of the treasures unearthed in our little town! While you’re at it, visit the Museum’s collection of Mount Holly memorabilia. See you on Saturday, August 15, 2026, when the Museum will be open from 2 to 4 pm. At 2:15, René will present his findings and also show two videos about metal detection experiences in Mount Holly.
