May I ask a favor? Will you please plant a seed? Just one seed. More if it is in your heart. I want to plant sunflowers, they clean the soil. Their faces follow the sun. It can be metaphorical, a seed of kindness, or hope. It can be a seed that grows healthy food for someone who has little. I would like to see every vacant lot , every unloved place, burst into bloom. We never stopped being great, or kind. We have been working hard and many are underserved. Our system of health is killing people with their drugs. Love is the answer, love our Earth and each other and our selves. I have some seeds if you like, I can share them.

Make sure you're not unknowingly buying bee-killing plants pre-treated with neonicotinoid insecticides from stores like Walmart and Home Depot. That's right, these stores, and others, are selling plants pre-treated with neonics that are killing our pollinating friends. Home Depot has required their suppliers to label plants pre-treated with neonics - but Home Depot should really be banning these plants from their shelves. Ask your favorite nursery or gardening retailer to phase out the use of neonics on plants and to stop selling these pesticides. Your voice makes a difference!
